Complaints

Complaints and suggestions about any anomaly or incident related to our services can be made directly to the company (at our offices, bus stations or workshops), by filling in our suggestions form or by making a complaint in writing in the Official Complaints Book. All complaints must include: full name of the person making the complaint; ID document number; full address; reasons for the complaint, as well as details of the bus, location, time, address and any other relevant information that will help to identify the cause of the problem.
